Puzmo is a video and image puzzle app. This page provides basic support information for players and creators.
We can help with gameplay issues, app launch problems, account-related inquiries, creator workflow issues, and moderation or reporting questions.
If a video puzzle does not load, try restarting the app and reopening the puzzle. If the issue continues, contact support at info@tsubowa-kikaku.com with your device model, iOS/Android version, and the puzzle title.
Open the app, go to My Page > Settings > Delete account, and confirm the deletion. If the in-app flow is unavailable, contact info@tsubowa-kikaku.com.
Use the in-app report function if you find inappropriate, infringing, or abusive content. You can also hide abusive creators directly in the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and offending content or accounts are removed when required.
